There are more to coffee than just decreasing the risks of diabetes and cancers. Other research shows that compared to not drinking coffee, at least two cups daily can translate to a 25% reduced risk of colon cancer, an 80% drop in liver cirrhosis risk and nearly half the risk of gallstones (Kirchheimer, 2004). Also, a high intake of caffeine may be associated with a lower incidence and slower progression of Par kinsons disease (Weinberg, 2002). It is amazing to know that coffee, which was thought to be bad for our health, suddenly became good and healthy. Most people do not know what it could bring to our bodies. Drinking coffee actually lessens the likelihood of people getting cancer, diabetes, gallstones and Parkinsons disease. When I started drinking coffee, I actually fell in love with it because of its deliciousness. I started to go to coffee shops every time I study and I found it to be very helpful for me to concentrate. Now that I have found out how it helps my health, I was surprised and very happy to hear the good news. In the end, Nick decides that the city life is not for him and leaves to go back home. Nick tried but never lost his farm boy views and eventually returns to his roots.
